Losing my Mind.

Ok now I know I'm losing my mind I just looked into the mirror and for about 5-6 minutes I did not recognize myself. I have done this before but it's been a few weeks it's like really freaking me out and I hate it when it happens.

Looking into the mirror and not recognizing yourself is a pretty common thing, I think. It means you're preoccupied, your brain is processing other things and the image in the mirror isn't registering just yet.

Now, if you suddenly lost that accent of yours, that might be a sign of something else entirely.

I've done this too and I mostly get it from over-thinking what do I want to do, who am I going to be, where do I belong, should I just be me things..

this happens to me when im full of emotion. i sort of think as my emotions being a seoperate being and so when i look into the mirror i dont recognise myself.
