Yes that's actually normal. Most people start producing sperm before their penis starts growing.

Those bumps are most likely hair follicles where your pubic hair will start growing.

1. yes. as your testes start making sperm usually around the time that your penis grows.

2. i believe that what your talking about is hair follicles. i have them i also have the "craters" your talking about. im not sure what causes them or why they happen though.

I have the dots too but they dont hurt, look unsightly or become infected so i dont think theres anything to worry about :-) Actually when i think about it they run down to my hair folicals but theyre a bit smaller... so it could be hair follacles.... nothing to worry about though (unless i suddenly stop posting then you know there was) :-P
