Aw... seems like you have PCOS (polycystic ovary syndrome)... I've been having no periods for like 5 or more months and same thing about abnormal hair growth. :/ I thought the hair growth in some places were normal so I didn't worry too much about it... until I told my mom that I didn't have my period for ermm 6 months or so... she took me to the doctor and the doctor told me I had PCOS. She said that when you have PCOS you don't have regular periods and can get depressed easily.... she also told me I'm at high risk for diabetes and heart disease.
I feel upset knowing about it all, so you have my sympathy. *sigh* If you are overweight like me... then yeah, high chance you have PCOS... but hey, don't let it get you down if you really do have PCOS. (Clearly does have the symptoms) I know its unusual and sad not having periods regularly.... (makes me feel less womanly, oh and I'm 14 xD) But I say: just look on the bright side and do what doctors recommend: exercise.
Hmm... and since your post was made last year, perhaps you already went to go see a doctor by now. And if you're not overweight, then I have no idea if its PCOS you're suffering from or not, it could be... but like I said, don't let it get you down if you do. I'm going through it myself and like to think having-PCOS is just a way to force me to get fit xD Anyway I hope you'll be alright and I posted here just so you don't feel like you're the only person going through such things. -sincerely, Mariisa.

How did you determine that you have a hormonal disorder? Did a doctor do a blood test?
There are lots of reasons why periods are inconsistent, but that's pretty typical in early adolescence. Likewise, girls can get hair really anywhere, and if you have dark hair, it'll seem more obvious.
External genitals do darken, that's normal, it's the effects of pigments in the skin and their interaction with the hormones that control puberty.
If you're worried about the hair, you can have it removed with electrolysis, it's a fairly common (and safe) procedure.

Thanks for your responses, guys, but the OP hasn't posted since then and that is more than a month two months old now.
Please don't bump old threads. :locked:
