QUEENSBURY -- A *My town name* teen who told police he coaches youth soccer has been arrested on charges he had sexual contact with three underage boys and solicited sex acts from a fourth, State Police said.

Michael L. Nasierowski, 18, faces seven misdemeanors, including sexual misconduct, forcible touching, second-degree sexual abuse and endangering the welfare of a child, according to complaints filed last week in Queensbury Town Court and Tuesday in Glens Falls City Court.

He was also re-arrested Tuesday on charges related to two other underage boys that police said happened in *town next to mine*.

He was not accused of forcing the boys to have sexual contact. The charges were brought because they are too young to legally consent to sexual relations. The state’s age of consent is 17.

Nasierowski was initially arrested last week after an investigation by State Police into complaints made by two boys, ages 13 and 14.

After his first arrest, two more 13-year-olds came forward to say he had sexual contact with them, authorities said.

Police said he told them coached soccer through Warrensburg High School and Adirondack Soccer Club.

But Ron Wolfe, president of Adirondack Soccer Club, said he was not a coach with the club at any point.

He said Nasierowski played on a team of under 19-year-olds for the club last spring, but that season ended in June.

"He has never coached through our club," Wolfe said.

Warrensburg school Superintendent Timothy Lawson said Nasierowski also was not an official coach with the school. But as a 2008 graduate of Warrensburg High, he frequently came back to "hang out" with team members of the school soccer team at practices and games.

In a statement to State Police that was filed in Queensbury Town Court, Nasierowski said he coached at least two the teens who accused him, but did not have any sexual contact with them through his involvement with their soccer teams.

Nasierowski was arraigned Tuesday before Glens Falls City Judge Gary Hobbs and sent to Warren County Jail for lack of $2,500 cash bail or $5,000 bail bond.

The charges are each punishable by up a year in Warren County Jail.

State Police asked that anyone with information in the case call them at 745-1035 or 583-7000.

This story was updated at 3:44 p.m. to include additional details, including new charges that were filed today.

This is the guy who my thread in Family&Friends is about. This is the....I don't even know what to call him. In a video of him being put into a car and brought to court, it he says "I need help making the right decisions and not touching boys." I'm sick. It makes me want to hurl.

Wow, thats great that justice was served. I know this was a traumatic time for your family but it just goes to show that this DOES happen everyday and it is your duty as a citizen to report it, even if youre scared

What is worse though, is that there may be more victims. His parents own a FAMILY campground. That could be a problem.

That is beyond sick.
In a way I feel bad for the guy, he obviously has some very serious issues going on, but on the other hand, you don't do that... like gosh.
