About three years ago, when I was around 12, my mother started going out with somebody, and he has a a son, at the time, he was 13, I'm now, 15, and he is now, 16. Well, at this time three years ago, and my mother and her new boyfriend had been going out for about two or three months, and his 13 year old son I was telling you about, had an X-Box in his room, and I was was in his room playing it with him, and then when we finished on the X-Box, he pulled out his penis, and then he started stroking it, and then he told me to stroke it for him, and I didn't really want to but, I did... and that was the only time it happened, until about 3 days ago, I didn't do anything this time he was just sitting there stroking his penis. I don't want him to do it again because it makes me feel uncomfortable, so how should I tell him to stop?

Just leave the room. If you feel uncomfortable then get out of the situation and avoid it.

Leave the room and don't say anything. Or just say 'stop'.

Ask him kindly but quite forcefully if he could put it away. If he doesnt then tell him you feel uncomfortable. Then if he still wont just get up and leave... dont say anything else to him just leave

sounds like somebody's curious:P.
anyways so the best thing to do in that situation is to just leave and not get involved. you can also just tell him to stop.
