why do i think like this??

im 18, i had been depressed to the point of suicidal thoughts about a year or more ago. I didnt see anyone about it but i did get over it, life got better. i have a girlfriend now. and it seems every little possible thing that might make someone a little mad, gets me nervous, and i over analyze to the point where i get distracted from work or whatever. ill think about it for days. even if i can cleary see a reason for it happening and its probably not a big deal or reason to get mad. I cant seem to shake this. I get moody casue of it and i think its because i never properly talked to anyone when i was depressed. idk why im like this. it affects my relationship while im away from her. =[

well everyone thinks about this its the hormones they make us think and feel weird things but it is important to control it so you want do anything drastic so short story it is hormones

is it a guy way of thinking? becuase my girlfriend seems to be oblivious/non concerned of the things that get to me. such as, i see her every weekend, its our plan, cause were in school. If she wants to skip out on a day and doesnt tell me rly. i get weird. she doesnt think anything of it. its strange
