I'm 15, and my penis is 4.9 inches. Is this normal?

well the average is 5-6'' so your at the rim of averageness. but you may be a late bloomer and your penis has not yet grown fully.

Everyone grows at different speeds so id say youre just slower than average. Youve just got to give it time... its the one thing we cant control

We all develop differently and at different rates, so it's normal and fine. Don't worry your penis will continue to grow until puberty stop's. So don't worry.

You are 15, so you are not an adult yet. The average ADULT penis size is 5-7 inches. You are almost there and since you are probably not fully grown you have nothing to worry about.
