ok so im 15 and my voice is deeper but it still cracks does that mean im not fully done puberty? becuz my penis is still pretty small. also i have like a brown line around my penis i always had it i dont know what it is though

If you have a brown line around a penis as a cut off point, and further on feels different (as in wetter [its the glans]) then you're circumcised.

You're done in puberty by usually around your early 20s.

The brown line is just where the skin was connected back when you were circumcised, though some peoples skin is dark or lighter.

Puberty is defiantly not over because most guys come out of puberty around their 20's but puberty can be over for you when your 18 if, say you were a really early bloomer.

Puberty is a 4-5 year process for most people, and depending on when you started you still have plenty of time to grow. I did not achieve my final voice until I was 16 as it took a while for it to deepen starting around 13. At 15 you are still most likely in the middle of puberty, and there are a ton of people just like you.

There is really not much you can do about penis size, but by eating right (www.mypyramid.gov) along with staying away from drugs and alcohol you can ensure that your growth will not be impeded due to a lack of nutrients.

The others are right about the brown line around your penis, and you should listen to them.
