im about to be 16 and i live with a mom who sometimes flys off the handlebars....she had beaten me over stupid things and my dad has pulled her off all those times except once (i'll explain why later)

Maybe you should talk to your mum about how it's effecting you, make sure your dad is with you at the time. She might understand, if she doesn't, tell someone. It's not right.
