Well first, 'recrute' is spelled recruit, so change the title.
Then, just simply make a story about some Canadian man that works really hard, and barely gets to spend time with his family, until he finally finishes his training and becomes and astronaut.

It would really be helpful if you can post your teacher's instructions so that we can understand the parameters around which you must work.

I would say on the surface that you would have to make the astronaunt look interesting in that he/she could be a Canadian from a remote place like the Yukon Territory and who is an Indian/Eskimo. You can make this person be the first Eskimo to go into space rather than the person simply being a regular Canadian. You can add things details such as the person growing up in a very isolated part of Canada but still succeeding to meet the toughest educational standards thus enabling him/her to enter Canada's most prestigous university thus making him/her a candidate for the NASA programme.
