I was raised by all women, so I now talk like a girl. I mean, my pronunciation. Could speech therapy cure this?

Yes, you could probably go to a private speech therapist, and they could probably help you.

'talk like a woman'?

I've never heard of this

But i suppose they can. If it's legit, not people just teasing you.

i had mutiple speech impediments corrected [still stammer, but that started aftr 5th grade, so it's never been addressed]

To be frank, I do not really think women talk different than men, and if any difference exists between the sexes in terms of talking it would have to do with the tone of the voice as opposed to actual pronounciation of words which is common to everyone in a given dialect.

If you honestly believe that you have a speech impediment, then a lot of schools have speech counselors available (though that service is usually provided in elementary school). Being raised by women does not someone make you into one, and it is very unlikely that your being around women is going to alter your speech patterns.

Speech therapy should be able to help with this. To be honest I don't really see a difference in speech between men and women, unless you mean the pitch?
