Facial Hair

I'm 17, and I don't even have a mustache. Is this right? I would like to have facial hair just to see how its like but I should have at least had some sort of something by now.

You can take that away with you, but it will grow eventually. Just be patient, and it will come.

well do you have peach fuzz? i have it. if you do then just wait for it to become coarser. if not fezzie, then some people get facial hair very early in puberty, while others get it very late.

If you don't have it by now, chances are that you wont get one. Don't worry about it, it is not much better to have one.

Because of my mom's bloodline, and her Cherokee heritage, neither my brothers or I have a lot of facial hair. Mine is blonde with a random black hair, so I don't really need to shave, but I start looking a little like I have a five o'clock shadow if I don't shave for more than 2 or 3 weeks. I just use my sister's boyfriend's electric razor because it makes no sense to go through the process of using a regular razor and shaving cream.

Anyway, if possible, talk to other men in your family and find out when they started growing facial hair. It's not an exact indicator, but it could help settle your unanswered questions.

OP: What is the major deal with it? You have to shave it every so often, and it could get annoying..

im 14 and started getting facial hair at 12 but my brother is 18 and doesn't have a single hair so it's different for everyone and my other brother is 16 same for him no hair
