I can be quiet and shy but i can be pretty crazy...At school Im quiet, on the school bus i talk alot talk loud be crazy ...it feels as if i have 2 personalitys...
... At home im quiet but its because im lonely . im hyper i can talk real loud. i can get annoying...not many people like me and it sucks
but i have good grades now and i cant get to sleep because i can stop thinking like what if what if i stare at my wall i used to try warm milk hot tea i cant stop thinking and i eventually get bored of thinking so i turn on my t.v. THERE IS NOT ONE DOUBT I AM NOT A INSOMNIAC
Do i have adhd or add whats the difference

this could just be mood swings you are shy around people you dont really no so maybe you just need to boost your self confidence and it sounds like you dont have adhd you just get very hyper sometimes

i dont think its adhd or add... im like that now too... it depends what setting your in that gets u pumped up or calmed down like that..

if u cant sleep..lol u may be having sleep problems (insomnia)...but ur claiming ur not so okay!

anyways.. i think its just ur setting...i get like that too but now im trying to keep calm..lol
