You penis just grows I don't think there is an order of what happens first.

There is no set order to how you grow.
Your penis may grow longer first
It may grow fatter first.
Your balls might get bigger first.
Your skin might darken first.
Ect.
Ect.

I'm sorry to break it to you but there's no set order :) Everyone develops differently, some peoples balls might grow bigger while others stay the same but your penis grows longer.

Well, there is actually a set order. A man named Tanner spent his entire adult, professional life studying the genital and pubic hair development of both boys and girls. From this came the widely accepted Tanner Scales of Sexual Development. Go gooogle them, and see what they say.

Typically, althought here is variation from person to person, and as we all know everyone develops at their own rate, there are similiarities in how and when things develop. Typically, the testicles develop first, they get bigger, anf the scrotum gets darker and the texture gets more noticeable/crinkly. Then the penis develops.

Most guys usually miss the very early satge of puberty, when their testicles begin to enlarge, usually at age 11-12. And as I said, eventhough there's some variation, overall development follows a predicatble course once it begins at around age 11 or 12) and ends (around age 20-21).

this is very general, and is just a crude overveiw of puberty through its many stages. you may develope much differently then this says, but everyones different.

well usually soft white pubic hairs grow at the same time as the testes enlarge, and that is the first sign of puberty. then the pubic hairs darken, the penis gets longer, you grow armpit hair, and likely some peach fuzz facial hair(it will get coarser and darker over time). your voice cracks, your penis widens and darkens, you gain much muscle mass, and you look more like a man then a boy.

The 'order' is different for everyone.
Usually it is testicular, penile, with hair mixed in there and other things.

well what order did it come in for you guys, and what age did you start seeing a difference?

For me it was:

11yrs + 12yrs
Pubic hair begins
Testes enlarge + penis head bulges
Ejaculation

13yrs + 14yrs
Body hair
Voice breaks + more pubic hair

15yrs + 16yrs
Facial hair
Penis Head darkens, bulges more + penis lengthens

(This is just rough and from memory so please dont anyone shout at me for attempting to put them in order)
