well not to to start a debate but when i was about 10 or 11 i use to wear tidy widies and then i switched to boxers and it was like a few days or weeks later that my penis got bigger and it didnt start growing during puberty is was growing about 12 but i think if it so compact it wont grow as fasts unless its kinda loose at some points in time but we have different ways of growing

No it does not. But it allows for your penis to get more air with boxers. I wear boxers because underwear is getting a little uncomforteble for me.
