1. In most schools, homecoming is a time where alumni come and visit their hometown and like to participate in highschool events for the week (usually end of the week). Most school have a dance (which I presume is what you are referring to).

2. You should go because it can be a TON of fun and you would have a blast. Its funy betting dressed up and seeing all your friends dressed up and CLEAN. lol

3. Semiforml: Girl: Cocktail dress. NOT prom dress. Usually knee length and light and smooth fabric.

Boy: Dress shoes, pants, shirt and tie.
