Turns out my cousin is having sex with a 40+ year old man. My cousin is 16 and she has never done this with a guy like that before. My aunt denied it at first and she has to accept it now, hopefully she'll do the right thing and call the cops. This man is my Grandma's Boyfriend's son, and this is just getting to messed up. OMG I don't know what to do and it's just disgusting.

She is at/ over the age of consent.
If she is over the consent, it is sexual abuse if:
She asks the man not to have sex with her.

Otherwise, it's not illegal, but it is wrong and you should talk to your cousin.

The age of Consent in Missouri is 17 and my cousin is 16 and is so messed up by her mom that she can't really think right. Its been going on for a few months and I guess he's going to jail.
