Do you count oral sex, sex?

if you mean like, do you count oral sex as losing your virginity? then no I do not. It is misleading as to what you mean by 'do you count oral sex, sex?' Technically it is sex, so what are you asking? Just kind of confused

I categorize sex as penis penetrating the anus or vagina, but not the mouth. That just doesn't seem the same to me. :)

the word sex isnt just next to the word oral because it keeps it warm. It's sex, just with your mouth.

LOL @ Greg!
Yes, if there's the word 'Sex' in the description, it's sex. Sex is contact b'twn one's genitals and the body part of another person.

This brings in the question of what words mean. Phone sex is a form of sex in that it has the word sex in it. If I have potato sex, its still sex, even if it makes no sense. Its how our language works. Something is what it is, regardless of whether it really is what it is; if that makes any sense.

So mutual masturbation is sex??
Anyway, I say no. Looking at the definition of fellatio it doesn't mention sex at all.

Oral sex is a type of sex yes but it is not sex as far as it goes as losing your virginity. That has to be anal or vaginal sex.

I dont count oral sex as sex. Its a sexual activity, but intercourse is sex.

No that's the definetion of INTERCOURSE. Sex comes from sexual which can refer to any sexual activity.

You can't loose your virginity with oral sex. So i suppose...
but then what is virginity? Nothing it's just a made up thing, it's not part of you so...
i don't know i'm confused.
It's a sexual interaction between couples. - There that's my definition.

Its just an act of pleasure or arousal i think

It depends on how you look at it. It's a kind of sex, but when you talk about having had sex, I think most people mean vaginal sex, where you lose your virginity.
For instance, you might think that 17 is the youngest age to have vaginal sex, but you can have oral sex at 12 because there's no penetration.
I always get confused by that. When people ask if I've had sex, I'm not sure what they mean.

From my; Webster's Ninth New Collegiate Dictionary, 1985. I need a new dictionary.
#2-Virgin: Free of impurity or stain.
#1-Virginity: The quality or state of being virgin.
#2-Virginity: Celibacy.
IE: If you have never ate fresh-fried bluegills, you would be concidered, virgin to the taste and the meal.
If you never had flown in an airplane, you would be virgin to flying in an airplane.
As far as oral copulation being sex: look it up. Wait... I'll do it for you, so you don't have to.
Copulate: #1. To engage in sexual intercourse.
#2. of gametes: to fuse permanently.
Intercourse: Act of running between. To run between.
#1. connections or dealings between persons or groups.
#2. exchange: communion.
#3. physical sexual contact between individuals that involves genitalia of at least one person < heterosexual> <anal> <oral>
Do the math and figure it out and feel good about yourself.
I love life! It always keeps me excited! :-)

It's sex, not intercourse. But having oral doesn't count as losing you're virginity (in my book).

I believe that oral sex would be considered sex since it even has the word in it, but probably just not going all the way with someone. So yes i believe oral sex is sex.
