Urgent: Help with my speech

I'm supposed to give a speech about a personal experience and I was planning on speaking about my first car wreck, however, I'm supposed to include a quote of wisdom or something.

Does anybody know of any quotes about being safe, or driving safe or something?

Nevermind, I found one. If anyone for whatever reason may need a quote relating to this, here it is, for future reference:

My view is that you really don't need anyone else's words as you have enough and more experience from your accident to provide words of wisdom to your classmates. I hope your speech goes by well and that your accident was not too serious.

Well she meant she wanted a quote written by someone other than ourselves.
