Typically, change is gradual, so you'd probably not notice anything overnight.

Then no probably not, there may be a tiny change that you may notice if you are very astute and careful. But i don't think you would notice a great change overnight.
The best time to notice something is over a period of time, then you should notice some change, depending on what stage of puberty you are in of course.

your penis does grow in length and girth and it does get darker but this happens in late stages of puberty.. not early... so depends if u are early into puberty or have beeen in puberty for ages....

ive beeeen in puberty since 11yrs old... im only in stage 3.5 - 4.... and imy penis is just starting to get darker... and is just started to grow wider and longer......

No it won't really happen over night. You could wake up one day not noticing it getting longer/wider/darker, but it wouldn't happen over night.

You can tell that you have changed if you remember your previous sizes years ago but apart from that you will not realise any change in size as it happens so slowly over a long period of time.
