In a word, no. Weight has nothing to do with penis size. However, being overweight can make is appear to be smaller, when it really isn't. Overweight people have fat in their pubic region, which could make the penis look as if it is smaller.

it is a myth that fat people have small penises. however, that means that there is no one who dosn't have a small penis and is fat. the penis just looks smaller because the person is bigger and fat builds up around the pubic bone and thighs

Yeah, no.
THat is a common misconception and is not true. A 'fat' persons penis may be larger than yours.
It simply stems from the fact that you cant see the whole penis essentially.
You can only see part of it since the distance from their pelvis or wherever there penis starts is covered with fat until the outside.
