i have started to wank but my penis hasnt grown yet. Is this bad?

As Menchion has correctly pointed (and to repeat his point), masturbation has absolutely no affect upon your penis size. Penis size is something that happens as a result of the natural process of puberty, and there is not any natural thing you can do to augment your penis size. What you can do is to have good nutrition (www.mypyramid.gov), stay active in moderation, and stay away from drugs, alcohol, and tobacco so that your development will proceed well. The development of pubic hair is normal, and every guy gets some; you have nothing about which to worry. My final note is that puberty is a 4-5 process, and puberty affects everyone differently. Some people might get a large penis at the beginning of puberty while others will not get one until the end of the process. Remember, the average male penis size is 5 inches, and most men meet that mark. You have nothing about which to worry, and just focus on eating right and staying away from things that can hurt your body, and you should be fine.

P.S. It is normal that you are getting hair in the places that you mentioned, and I would not worry about it. Depending upon your genetics and ethnic background you might get hairy or you might be relatively hairless. Beyond the ususual places of getting hair such as the arms and legs you might get hair around your anus and the area between your anus and scrotum.
