Lucid dreaming google it and i understand y you say that it means dreaming and knowing you are there are many ways to do that and many sites that tell you how.And you can make anything happen if you work at it i have bin doing it for 4 or 5 years.

I'm not sure what the confusion here is. A 'Lucid dream' is a very clear, detailed dream that you realize is happening as it is occuring (instead of remembering it when you're awake), that is also very vivid.

Dreams can be about anything, and can involve anything, and any activity, regardless if you've actually experienced it or not. so, yes, you can dream about sex. And like any dream, b/c it's entirely in your head, there's no harm to it at all.
