Is the liquid clear in color because if it then it is semen. You are most likely ejaculating semen. It will turn more white as you mature more and you start ejaculating sperm in your semen.

Well the reason it smelled like urine is because one of the purposes of precum or semen it to cleanse the urethra so the acid in urine won't harm the sperm as it passes through the urethra.
