You need to see a doctor. While these might not be *serious* problems right now, you want to make sure that these conditions don't get to a point where it's not good for you.

There's nothing you can do by yourself to cure these, you have to get professional assistance.

That can be normal. Especially if the muscles nearby are extra loose. Like my ankles are super flexible, and I can pop them whenever I want to. My fingers, on the other hand, will not pop under any circumstance. ;) Exactly which joints you can pop varies from person to person, depending on your muscle structure. However, this same symptom can also be a bad sign if there is any pain involved - the joint could be damaged somehow.

You could try exercising more and see if that helps you are too young to be having physical problems like that. Try get away from your computer and exercising more. If your problems don't get better then got see a doctor.

I would try to refrain from doing that... But either way, if it keeps at it, go see a doc.

Why does everyone want to tell you to go to the doctor. What you need here is get off your butt and go exercise. That is the problem with our generation we are most lazy b/c we sit around playing computer games or gaming systems. Our parents and our grand parents got plenty of exercise on a daily basis.

For most part kids of today get no exercise unless they have a job or they are involved in some sort of activity like dance, drama, band or sports. We all need to get away from the keyboard and got out and get some sort of exercise.
