how do you make stickies in your diary

the pulldown at the bottom that says "therad moderation"

click "stick thread"

When you make a new topic, there is an option at the bottom of the page that looks like this:

You check the thread that you want to be stickied and you go down to the bottom of the page. There you will see a thing that says "Moderation" and click on that and it has options for what you want to do to the thread and you just click the "Stick Thread".
