i look at porn all the time, i have them saved in my media player, i look at it almost everday right after school and then later, and more after that. I have my own laptop so the tempttion never leaves. I know that other guys look at this stuff but i think its bad but im Porn addicteddd. Is this bad??

It can be unhealthy if it consumes all your time. If you aren't spending time with friends so you can watch porn, its not good.

If you want to stop, delete EVERYTHING pornographic and then you need to find a parental blocker to block sites and inappropriate content.

If it interferes with your life, like it is undoubtedly doing, then yes it is bad.
You say you watch it after school, later, then later again?
Three times a day?
That's a bit too much, since it most likely interferes with your normal life.
If you can't stop, get help. Talk to your parents, or counselor, and ask them to help you stop. Or uninstall media player and your Internet browser until you stop.
Just do something, because you don't want this to take over your life.

Mate i use to be like you, i looked at porn whenever i could but now i only do it when i think i need to. Yes, it is bad if you do look at it everyday as you may have no time for social things, you should grow out of it soon.

firstly, no. it's not bad. it's not bad unless you start objectifying women, or it gets in the way of your social, school or family life, which from what i can tell it might be.

if you really want to stop... try what i do. it's my easy 5 step program to cut out my porn addiction =)
step 1) delete your porn... except for your favorite few clips or pics. if you delete ALL of it, you will most definitely regret doing it.
step 2) install a porn blocker.
step 3) that isn't enough. almost all porn blockers will have a password to unlock it. when setting the password, hit random keys without remembering which ones. (something like 'wrgbhqhrgb')
step 4) you are most likely to come into contact with porn at school or just in your daily life... when you do, look away and imagine it's your grandparents doing it or bestiality or whatever it is that turns you off. a little porn is ok, but don't look at too much, or you may see some you like and remember how good it was and want more. you know how it goes... "oh, i'll just have a little icing off the cake... well, i guess a bit more wont hurt. a slice can't be too bad. or two." and the next thing you know you've eaten the whole thing. ok, bad metaphor... but you still get my point.
step 5) the porn blocker wont work brilliantly, so if you still feel tempted, move to a room with other people in it and that might help.


going cold turkey might be hard, but keep this up for a month or two and the impulse to look at porn wont be so strong. good luck =)

You cannot be 'addicted' to porn. But, b/c the sex drive is very powerful (esp. now), and porn is very arousing, it can become irrestible.

The solution is to either not look at the porn, exert some self control (the antidote to irrestibility), or fantasize, create it in your head. In any event, the task here is to control your urges so they do not interfere with your other responsibilities and activities, regardless how you arouse yourself.

get rid of everything. its all viruses. and your parents would likely kill you for having porn. also, you sound addicted, which is bad, as its like a vacuum. the more you watch, the more you need to get off. a never ending cycle

first of all your not alone i used to be porn addicted as well but i deleted all of it threw away my mags and found something to occupie my time and keep me away from the computer.

Well if your addicted, all you have to do is stop!
Seriously, delete the pages from your media centre, and stop.
Control yourself using methods like meditation or just simply masturbating when you get the urge, the mind is more imaginative than porn.
