i agree with what the others have said. when you say "i love you" you have to say it, knowing in your heart that you mean it. you will know in your heart when the right time is to tell her that you love her and really mean it.

You got to feel it in your heart. Love isn't just something you can throw around. You really have to mean it to say it on a daily basis.

you absolutely cannot throw it around. women take those three words as huge steps in a relationship, and if you ever broke up, they're gonna give you even more shit for "loving them". my advice is, if you REALLY know you feel it (or as close as you've been in your life) then it's time to say it. But in my opinion, you'll never know if you truly are in love with that person until you're ready to marry them or spend the rest of your life with them.

Is used alot, and its taken lightly.
So in relationships, I doubt most people here wait a day before saying 'I love you' when they go to bed.

But it depends on you, your relationship, your age, and how its taken in general in your town.
But most important is that if you really love her, then don't be shy about it.
