When you say "lightest voice" do you mean in like a high voice or like whispering? If its like a high voice, for me I can't really talk in a high pitched voice because really, all you hear is air coming out of my mouth. As for your voice situation, it is completely normal, and the process of voice change for males means that you will increasingly find it hard to talk in high pitched tones due to your vocal chords stretching. Voice changes can be uncomfortable for some folks, but any discomfort you have will be temporary. well i don't think i can help you with the voice thing but i do know that musturbating is stimulating the genitals. cumming(ejaculation) is a thing that happens after you reach your climax, when sperm comes out.
