Well technically it is "wrong" because most kids that watch it are below 18 and you need to be 18 to legally watch it, but like morally wrong, no it isn't. Almost everyone watches/ watched porn.

Looking at porn is a personal moral decision that entirely depends upon your upbringing, religious beliefs, and/or views on sexuality. With your being 13 sexual things probably feel very adult to you at this point, and you probably feel like you are eating the "forbidden fruit." It was probably not too long ago that sex was probably the last thing of which you would have thought, but now the pornographic images suddenly seem interesting. My view is that porn is not necessarily bad as long as you completely understand that what you are viewing is a very exaggerated view of sex and that you would never expect a future sexual partner to perform the acts portrayed in porn. Basically, don't use porn as a gauge of reality of what sex really is like. If you are simply admiring the human body, then porn has no shortage of folks who show off their flesh. However, if you start to get a dependence upon porn to the point where you cannot express yourself sexually without it, then you might want to cut down on porn usage. Again, as long as the porn you are using is not anything illegal like child porn or anything really harsh such as porn involving folks who are forced into performing sex acts, then it is not necessarily bad.
On a personal level, I just could never get into porn as it seemed really empty and contrived which did not seem appealing. However, my view is what it is: one perspective on an issue that has no one answer.
On a more practical level, if you access porn digitially, then be very careful on what websites you peruse. Many porn websites silently and covertly install tracking software onto your computer that compromises you security. Especially if your computer is one that is used by the whole family and is used by your parents to conduct financial transactions, then you really should never view porn on such a machine for the safety of your family's personal information. All it takes is for one spyware programme to get your parents' social security numbers to steal their identities and cause your family a ton of problems. Make sure that you have good anti virus and anti spyware programmes so that you can prevent most security breaches. Also, try to stick to reputable websites and avoid those whose authenticity might not be safe.

Like already stated, wrong by law, but most teenagers do view it.

The issue with porn is that it is 'for entertainment purposes only', which means that, like most things that are created for entertainment, porn isn't necessarily an accurate reflection of the activity being portrayed. So, the noises, the emotions, the sizes, the positions, and perhaps most importantly, the way the actors relate and treat eachother isn't really 'real', its not authentic, it's not what typical sex is like.
By the time most people are 18 (the 'legal' age to view porn), they have some frame of reference thru real experience to judge all that, and their ability to analytically assess it is also developed to the point where they can (hopefully) recognize the differences between reality and entertainment. Young 'uns, lacking that perspective, are very impressionable and therefore can easily believe what they see as real. That can be a real problem when those beliefs collide with actual sexual experience later on.
People feel guilt for a lot of reasons, but with porn and masturbation, typically it's because 1) Masturbation is very private and therefore often experienced as secretive, and 2) no one (i.e. parents) have given permission to do it. Most people learn that secrets aren't good to keep from parents, and that it's not so good to do something without permission. So, the result is guilt.
Masturbation is perfectly normal and natural, it comes from a biological drive, sexuality. Turning that off, denying it is really impossible, it would be similiar to not sweating or thirsting on a hot day. The task, rather, is to integrate it into your life, to control it in such a way that it's there, but not interferring with your other responsibilities and activities.
With porn, it's availability coupled with it's highly arousing nature, make it difficult to NOT look at. If you choose to view it, remember that it is not necessarily reflective of what sex is really like, that it is created more to maximize arousal, rather than portray what sex and relationships are really about.

Porn is against the law for all minor to watch. It is even illegal to have nude pictures of someone under the age of 18. So be careful what you watch and download on your computer.
I was given a porn link by a friend earlier this year and it totally wiped out our old computer. It got malware and Trojan viruses. So be careful what sites you visit. I would visit only trusted sites to protect you and your computer.

its morally wrong because you broke the law because you looked at porn, but who cares about morals anymore? you feel guilty because subconsiously (or consiously) you know what you were doing is not somthing your parents would like.
