i've had my period since i was 11 and it seemed like i was on the same level as everyone else then. now i'm 15 and it seems like every other girl is taller than me, more filled out, and have way bigger more developed breast than i do. i just got fitted for bra size and i'm only a 30 A! all this time i thought i was a 32C. it felt so bad. my mom wears a 36HH but i'm nowhere near her. i feel like a flatsy patsy. even my friend who's fourteen is taller than me and wears an actual C cup bra. i feel like a late bloomer:(

Then you must be a late bloomer. Why does it make you sad that some girls are growing at a faster rate? Your 15 you have nothing to fret about, many girl's don't grow breasts for a long time. Some grow at fast rates, others slow rates its just how life is.

It seems like every girl in high school I knew with this particular problem either stopped at that point or shot up like another foot and a few cup sizes by the time they were 17. The difference between them was that the girls who stayed short had short mothers so they kinda saw that coming. But either way this sort of thing is usually genetic - you might try asking around your extended family and see if anyone else was a late bloomer too, because that would confirm it.

"Late bloomer" sounds so negative, like "Parking ticket". Nah, you are who you are, that's all. It's all biology, and that's often unpredictable. It happens in fits and spurts.
I think the easiest way to feel reassured is to remember that it IS biology, and biology is determined by genetics. So, if you look at your mom, that's a pretty good indicator of what you'll most likely be like. It's just the wait that's hard, the final destination is pretty well assured.

I am thinking since you started puberty at 11 and you are now 15 that you are not a late bloomer. You can still mature but girls do mature earlier than guys so you may not get much taller. Your breast will fill out as you get older though and if you have kids and breast feed they will definitely get bigger.
I for one like girls with smaller breasts. Besides with having smaller breasts you will not have the problem of your breast drooping and lower back problems when you get older.
You should be happy with what you got and not worry about what you don't have. I hope this advice helps.

Just because your period started fairly early doesn't mean you'll be done with puberty early. Puberty can continue until you're about 18 or 20, so no worries. A lot of girls even are short when they graduate high school and then have a growth spurt at 19, anything's possible. Everyone develops at different rates and in different orders. Personally, I had to start wearing a bra at 8, got my period at 10, and couldn't fill out a B cup until I was 13 or 14, even then just barely. Meanwhile, some of my friends had these seemingly huge breasts and hadn't even gotten their periods yet.
Long story short, you're totally normal and nothing is wrong with you. Learn to love yourself. Your body may change in the future, but for now this is what you've got and you can't trade it in for a "better" model.
