Everybody develops at different rates, so your friends probably just started growing sooner than you did.

At 13, that is still young, and you have a loooooong way to go, so you'll develop, don't worry.

Everyone develops at different times
Just because some features are more developed than your friends, doesn't mean others are going to be also.
Don't worry, you'll get there.

While the obvious answer here is that your body has not matured enough to produce semen the reality is that it can often be really frustrating when you are behind your mates. However, at 13 you are hardly unique in that many guys your age cannot ejaculate, and there are guys as old as 16 who don't develop the ability to cum. Puberty is a really bizarre process in that it affects the body in an uneven and sporadic way causing one to develop in some areas and not in others. What I mean is that it is not unusual for a guy to get really big and have an adult body but still not be able to ejaculate and still have a really high voice. Basically, puberty is a 4-5 year process, and things are going to happen at odd times when you least expect it.

Long story short, don't worry if you cannot cum right now as dry orgasms are a lot more convenient in that you can have a bunch of them in a row without worrying about refractory periods and clean up. You are not any less masculine than your mates for not ejaculating, and if anything, I am sure that you are ahead of them in other areas like voice, body hair, etc.

That department is just slow with your body. It will develop when the time is right.

Everyone is different, the averages are just guidelines, there was somone in my year who could grow a beard by the age of 13 !!! he started puberty at the age of 9, another person in my year still dosent have any pubes and is 16. everyone is different just chill and wait.

How do you know they cum?
I think actually that you are either not developed or you are not masturbating far enough. Try masturbating with porn or with a lube until you orgasm.

Just because someone doesn't cum does not mean that they haven't start puberty. Everyone matures are different rates. Like Pontiac said, someone could have an adult body and still not ejaculate.

does a low sperm count contribute to ejaculation? you might have low sperm count or just not developed yet it'll happen
