I need help with whatever this is with me:
I will be happy and then randomly just get happy and start wanting to cry, and I feel fat and unaccomplished whenever this happens.
Not sure what is up with me, it lasts anywhere between 5 minutes and hours upon end. Anyone know what is wrong with me?

Hey Travis,
So sorry to hear about this. Depending upon the seriousness of this (how much it interferes with your sense of well being and your other responsibilities) that it's either a case of adolescence (you know, the frequency with which feelings and stuff change), or that those other issues you allude to (feeling 'fat' and having a poor self image and self confidence) are there, just below the surface, waiting to come forth. If that's the case, if these issues sorta nag at you most of the time, but just get worse on other occaisions, then you might want to address them directly, maybe by doing something proactive like dieting, exercising, etc.

There's a whole bunch of people who feel exactly like that a lot of the time. Especially me.
One minute, I feel happy and comfortable. The next, I feel insecure, unconfident, ugly, fat, worthless, neglected, pathetic, YOU NAME IT.
I think this is due to an incredibly low self esteem that's been eating away at me for years.
Or the fact that the littlest of things can upset and frustrate me.
To get help, I see a pyschiatrist at least once a fortnight. I think it would help if you maybe got one too.

i feel like that a lot. ill have an alright day, then usually right before i go to bed i start to think about how little i have accomplished in my life or how worthless i think my life is. but these are feelings, they may be reoccurring but the fade. whenever you feel this way try and think about positive things youve done, whether it be in your life or just in your day. if you cant think of anything, find something constructive to do until the feelings pass. hope i could be of some help
