Hey, well I feel really crappy at the moment so please don't pick at me in your responses :) .

I just realised that I haven't eaten in like 24 hours, and in two days all I've had is a burger, which is making my stomach really hurt.
I know I don't have an eating disorder, but every time I go to eat something I can't make myself do it, I think how unhealthy and disgusting it looks which makes me feel sick.
It also doesn't help that if I want to eat I'd have to prepare a proper meal, there isn't one thing I can eat straight out of the cupboard or fridge, which makes it impossible for me to do because by the time I decide I'm going to eat something I feel it'd be a waste of time preparing it.

Right now I'm very tempted to just eat nothing tonight and have a salad at work tomorrow so I at least have some energy.
I really don't want to go and buy a burger or something at the shop down the road because its' so bad for you, but I'm so hungry I think I probably should. Agh this is so stupid!

You really should eat something, but since you haven't eaten in a while you should probably start off with just a few crackers or something to absorb the excess acid in your stomach otherwise you will probably throw up whenever you first eat something.

You do need to eat something because if you don't your body will start using your own body fat AND muscles for energy which will destroy your health. SO eat something so that you don't start becoming extremely unhealthy.

To me it sounds a bit like you have endancies, which you don't feel qualifies as unhealthy behaviour. BUT if you're not careful, it could develope into an eting disorder.

Preparing food may take time, but it won't be a waste of time if you eat it. If you feel disgusted at all of the 'grab-n-go' things you have, throw them out and stock up on fruit and veg (which can be eaten raw, and therefore quickly). You should also get a couple of bits and bobs that can be made into a variety of things, all quick and easy to prepare.

Pasta is great, loadsa things ya can do what that.
Potatoes too (technically they don't qualify as veg).
Cheese (sauce) also goes with a lota things, but use low fat cheeses, like edam...
A few of the things I make all of the time (mostly during home ec. lessons) are shepherds / fish pie, pasta / potato bakes, mac 'n' cheese etc. They can all be frozen, so you can make batch, freeze it than defrost, heat up and eat it later. Small portions with a side of veg or salad's pretty good.

Ehhh, attax you just made me have something to eat with that disgusting fact, I really didn't know that 0.0.

Beautiful, I don't have the self-control to make myself anything more than toast lol, but the vegetable idea was really good, i think I will do that.
BTW what's cheese sauce?

Well in future whenever you're feeling like that you could always make sure you have some fruit or something in the house. So in that way it's really healthy, and you don't have to prepare it :)

Good luck :)

BTW what's cheese sauce?

Its flour, milk, marg and cheese - it's very tasty if ya like cheese. My theory is that it was originally made to disguise the flavour of other foods, most commonly used with pasta and cauliflower lol
