You won't. It could keep growing into your mid twenties, so you will only know that it has stopped when your about that age.

it would probably be around 6'' or 7'' long when it stops growing. after you stop puberty is when your penis will be full grown for sure.

that 6 or 7 inches is an average, don't get your hopes up if it is smaller because it may not grow much, or any at all. It just depends on your body.
