Ok, so I'm trying to find a good water cooling system for my 2 8600 video cards, so I can overclock them. HOWEVER, I have no idea where to star. Could anyone give me a good site with instructions, or a good pump brand?

I'm not sure if this is exactly what you're looking for or not, but it might give you a starting point: http://www.popularmechanics.com/technology/how_to/4213273.html

Avalikia's link is pretty good however firstly you must check that everything that your water cooling is SAFE to water cool. Also check that your case can cope with it and you can afford it since is pretty expensive if you want fancy lit tubes.

^^ Yep.
For one of my computers, It was pretty easy for me to wire LEDS in my see through case, and it was CHEAP because you can buy LEDS on ebay for cheap, it was fun too! :D

I was looking into watercooling the other day, it's not cheap. And also, you're not geing to see much of a performance gain overclocking your cards to be honest.

You'd be better off saving for a better single card that outperforms the two combined.
