This afternoon after I woke up from a nap, I felt a horrible pain my neck.
I think it was caused by sleeping in a weird position but I'm not sure.
It hurts in my neck, shoulder and my back.
Does anybody know any sort of stretch I could do?
It would be greatly appreciated :)

Forget the stretch. When you have an injury, you wnat to relax the area, not 'stretch' it, as it only adds to the injury.

Go for an OTC anti inflammatory, with your folks permission, like Aleve or Advil. Read the label and follow directions.

A Chiropractor could help also.

Actually, rolling your head backwards to much is bad for the neck because your stretching your muscles there that aren't suppose to be stretched that far.

Like MoveAlong said, try taking some Advil or if you want, just wait a day or two and the feeling should just go away.
