Fired!?!?

OK so a teacher at my school got fired for posting an article about sex in a magazine, a 6th grader's parents reported him and he was fired. He also had a youtube acount(Lemonsneedhelp, or something like that)so now kids are getting in trouble for having and creating you tube accounts, because the teacher reviewed inapropriate moves(PG13-R)
Do you think this was fair or not

Hm. Depending on his contract, then it could be fair, or it might not be. His contract could say that he is prohibited from something that specific. But, personally, even if that is in his contract, i think his contract would've been unfair in the first place. but he's the one that signed it so... Meh, I guess I can't judge not know the situation.

They try to withold college student's degrees nowadays if they find out if they drink. This is how out of control it has gotten. It's like teachers arn't allowed to have lives anymore... which is why I'm having second thoughts about getting a teaching degree.

But as Addison said, if it violated his contract then firing him was within their jurisdiction. Even if it was in the contract, it's very stupid because I doubt that many of the kids would have found the article, let alone read it. So the parents that got the teacher fired are the ones who are making the article get attention in the first place... hypocritical much?
