[s yea im 13 and i dont think i have something wrong with me. my penis is very very small i mean non hard maybe an inch but my 11 year old cousins is fully grown whats up with this?

that just means that u are a late blummer and having ur 11 year old cousins having full grown ones just means that they started puberty early. u have nothing to worry about, it will get bigger soon. i promise

full grown to me is like 6 inches his was 4 but i only saw it for a brief moment i didnt know he wasnt in the bathroom Lol

mine was like 2.5 hard at 11 but now it is 6 hard at 13
