if penis growth in puberty starts at 4.7 inch, is it stil possible to get 7 inches?
(at least 5.5 inches?)

can some people tel me at what size there penis started growing and ended?

I dont think that the size you start off as means you wont grow much during puberty. Anywho, I still think it is definitely plausible that a 4.7 inch penis can grow to 7 easily by the end of puberty. As for me, I must have been around 5 - 6 inches before puberty and now i'm 9 1/2. So 7 inches for you sounds easy.

Listen, regardless of where you are now and how many tenths of an inch it is, as long as you're a member in good standing of the human race, expect it to be in the 5.5 to 6" range when puberty's done, around age 20.

5 inches is not that small, probably about 1/3 of the worlds population is around the same size, and the other 2/3 has smaller or bigger, and also consider this: if the person you are having sex with truly loves you, then would size really make that much of a difference if it is an expression of love?

No it isn't, I class small as 3 inches minus.
