norton antivirus..lol

okay well i have it and when its enabled...i cant get on the internet..they told me its something with my firewall (when i called) and they didnt help me..much

when its disabled it works but i get prone to viruses


so how can i change this?

You can try to get a new virus protector. If you can't then try to not go on the internet as much I guess. LOL. Srry just tried to help. :D
