Has anyone taken a Physcology class? What is it like? What do you learn?

omg...im in psychology now. i LOVE it!!! the class is alot of fun. you learn why people do some of the things they do. you learn about the different schools of psychology (that part is kinda boring but you have to do it). you learn so much in that class. but mainly, you get to learn more about yourself. the second week of class, we got to do a psychoanalysis of people in our class based off of a word association thing. it was really cool.

OMG!
You're going to love it!
It's such an open area that it's hard to NOT understand it and get a good grade.
It's fun = ]

You learn about mental disorders, the different styles of therapy, personality, dreams, classic and operant conditioning... that's what I remember off of hte top of my head, but there's a lot of neat stuff that you learn that you never really knew before.

Gee, how'd I miss this!

I LOVE psychology a lot (what a surprise). It's just so fascinating how the mind works, i mean it's an organ like the others, but the result is thought and emotion. It's just so interesting, and relevant, too. It's something you can relate to and use in your life. Go for it!

You learn about the brain. Things like behaviour, emotion, thought processes, neurons etc.
