I'm interested in the bad side-effects of Nitrous/Laughing gas.
I've been searching round and haven't found anything except the usual government bullshit - "any foreign substance can cause you harm" ect ect.
I'm talking about using whipped cream canisters so there's no risk of getting frostbite..
Does it have any specific effects on you?

well, its not necessarily frostbite, but no matter how hot or cold the canister is but chemically it will still be cold (v1/t1=v2/t2) so whenever you inhale it rapidly it can become possible to freeze your lungs because it hasn't had time to gain the temperature and is still highly concentrated, but inversly you would probably lose the 'high' attempt. So do not think that there is no risk because there is a risk chemically . . . but other than that I do not know other than the lack of oxygen to the brain which causes brain cell death.

Nitrous oxide doesn't need to be cold. I can guarantee it's not at such a low temperature that it can "freeze" your lungs.

As an inhalant, it can cause brain damage with long-term use, but the short lack of oxygen won't do you as much harm. Inhalants really aren't worth the time. I promise.

Unless you inhale it from something which is specifically made to freeze things, then you won't get any bad effects from it. As afar as I know though, nos isn't in any kind of freezing agents.

Empty whipped cream cans do have it in, but it's not pure nos, best to go to some kind of party shop and see if you can get a small canister of it / some balloons of it if you wish to inhale it.
