I think the 'socially accepted' age difference is usually 2 years max. It's totally up to ou what you do, but in my opinion he is far too young to be having sex, and really you should be sticking to people your own age.

don't.
if you were 13, or maybe even 14, and you were absolutely sure of what you were doing and you were both absolutely mutual about it, then i would say go for it... but no, for *main* 2 reasons,
1) since you are 16 and he's 13, even if it's mutual... you can be arrested and charged with the full extent of the law =)
2) even though you want to, you don't know he does, and even if he did, he's probably not ready for it (emotionally). and any way, it would ruin his teenage years if his friends found out that he had sex with a 16 year old boy.

It's up to you two not us, if he agree's then go ahead, nonetheless I would recommend that you not open your mouth to anyone, because, as sevent said, it is illegal in most country's.

Not necessarily stevent, because it depends on the age of consent in the state (search for like Age of consent in texas, or whatever state you are in to find it) and then if they are both under I know that some states, such as Texas, place the blame on the guy. So really he could get in lots of trouble if they have an age of extent over 16.

Yes, your the one that needs to decide this. And I agree, go for it if you want to but just be aware of the conciquences. (Sorry about spelling)

I think this is a bit of a hard question to answer.

I think if you do wish to have a sexual relationship with this other guy, then you two need to be sure that you like each other, spend time together first before jumping into anything. Make sure it all feels right.

But as other people have said, you might not want to tell any people about this if you don't completely trust them, I doubt most people would approve of this kinda thing.

Wait, C'mon, guys, this is an EASY one to answer! Not every "should I?" needs to be answered with "We cannot tell you what to do". Sometimes we can, and frankly should. And, IMNSHO, this is one of those times.

You should NOT do anything sexual with a 12 year old. The age diff is too great, it would mean something entirely diff for the 2 if you, he is too vulnerable here. You need to show maturity and wisdom by NOT responding to his overtures. If you are curious and want to have a same sex experience, pick on someone your own age.

yeah, sorry, i forgot it wasn't an Australian forum.
that said, unless he lives in Tonga, it's going to be illegal, so it doesn't really matter where he lives.
