anytime between 10-15 is a time when you start to cum.

and average would be about 5 or 6 inches, but since us 13 year olds are all over the place in puberty(i.e. one of your friends might not have even started puberty yet, and another is halfway through it. so penis sizes differ alot.

I would say most guys start cumming between 11-14 though late bloomers can be anywhere between 15-17. If you can't ejaculate, yet, then don't be worried as you just might be a late bloomer.

i think the average for a 5"7, or something like that ...but there's really no point of an average at 13, because it will vary so much. the average for ejaculation also varies a lot, but i think it's about 11 or 12. of course, there will be early bloomers and late ones.
i'm 13 and my penis is a bit under 6". i could ejaculate a few months before i turned 12. from what i've gathered from friends and people on the internet, they are about the same. size really doesn't matter, especially at 13 ...anyway, in a few months it could be drastically different.
