As you may know, i bought Warhammer Online [$50, no refundable out of package] a little while ago, and installed it fine
I tried to play, and it says "Patch error" [after the Beta worked perfectly for weeks]
Then I asked support and they were the least helpful sacks of crap I have ever seen.
First they didnt even read the problem- took two days until finally they sent me a bunch of links that had nothing to do with my problem. Then I told them so, and the said my system requirements were to low [3 days later might i add].
Which is unacceptable seeing that it worked perfectly during the Beta.
What do you think I should do?

Hhhmm I tried signing up for the beta but they never accepted me so yeah. Ummm I would say trying re-installing it and patching it again which will probably take awhile. I wasn't able to play it though so I'm not totally sure.

First of all what are you system specs? have you tried reinstalling it? if you have uninstall it and do a clean out of the registry With something like CCleaner (http://www.filehippo.com/download_ccleaner/) then try reinstalling it. tell me how that goes. Also if you want to see if your computer can run it try using this website Can YOU run it (http://www.systemrequirementslab.com/referrer/srtest)

CPU Speed
Minimum: 2.5 GHz
You Have: 798.00 MHz Performance Rated at 1.20 GHz
Video RAM: Required - 128 MB , You have - 64 MB
Those were what failed... How hard is it to upgrade?
Also Im reluctant to re install because it takes ~10 hours
But I can try

5 year old laptops just sinply aren't desinged to play games at all! They were built for surfing the web and word processing, that's about all really! The graphics are very basic and have no power at all, the same goes for the processor.

Back in the day it was a 'Gaming Laptop'

Anyways, is it best to just get a new computer?

Yeah, it would maybe play games from 5 or 6 years ago lol.
New computer definately. If you don't have much money, build your own. Use second hand parts off ebay.. I made a media centre computer that will run oblivion pretty well.. all the parts I either found or got off ebay. It cost me about £50 or $100.

If I get my money refunded on the game, I would have $120, and my parents would probably pay for half
So like a $300
I just customized one on dell [easier yet more costly than building my own] and it came out $303
