Yep, that's the answer. You're prob'ly a normal, healthy weight, but there's no problem with wanting to improve, as long as you use healthy methods.
Eating less and / or purging isn't helping your health at all! It can do some serious irreversible damage to your organs.
However, eating healthy foods, as part of a balanced, sensible diet will help you lose weight. Excercising more, but not excessively, will help you tone up and it'll also improve your mental health, self esteem and you can brag to your mates about using healthy methods to do all these things. Hey, it might even encourage a few more people to be more healthy. :)

Okay, sure you may be overweight. However, you need to accept it and come to terms on how to make it better. I am not sure of your build but if you feel that you want to change your body you need to do it HEALTHILY! NO BINGING! NO ANOREXIC OR BULEMIC TENDENCIES!
Just get more active. Go ride your bike outside with your friends more often. Go to a park or something.
If you think you can join a sport. Football is a good example because there will be more people your size and you will have a spot on the team. Usually the coaches advocate healthy weightloss and turning fat into muscle. So join a sport.
You can join a gym or soemthing and start lifting weights or just getting on a treadmill.
Last, eat healthy. I know someone that has lost 20 pounds over a few short months by drinking ALL water. The person actually drunk artifical tasting water. However, 20 pounds just for drinking flavored water all day every day is a good deal. So drink water and eat healthy. Cut down on the junk food if you eat it and eat your veggies and avoid fast food unless you get something healthy from there.
If you follow a few or all of these steps you will see the results you want.
Good luck bud :D

Well, in lack of what I feel being covered just eat healthy. And just ask yourself this question before determining if you are overweight/fat or however you choose to put it:
Who decides what makes me overweight?
Is it because you have a huge gut? or is it because you are 5 lbs. over the average weight? Does that necessarily make you fat? I would say no, I feel that you are as beautiful as you think you are.

ok man, if you think not eatings gonna help your wrong, your body needs nutrients to grow and even muscles need calcium to build, so try to stay away from junk food, eat as much veggies as you like, and fruits always good, and put excersize in with that, you,ll be fine. personally your probably not as fat as you think you are man.

We most of the time misinterpret the meaning of fat. Fat for me is when one seat in a bus is not enough for you...

You mean I'm not fat? I could have sworn... I mean I'm not sure how I fit 215 lbs. onto one bus seat, but I do it.

I know this may come off mean but I am a very honest person.
Who decides what makes me overweight?
Averages decide who's overweight. BMIs at the doctors office do.
However that is not the point. As the ruler of your body, you have the choice to revolt if you don't like your weight for instance. You can change it to a HEALTHY weight in a HEALTHY way. DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF. I actually learned in Biology the science behind that. By starving yourself you basically eat up your fat stores, your muscles, as well as your bones for energy. Do you want to be osteoperostic as a teen. No. The key is healthy dieting and excersise. You can do low-carb and low-fat diets but starving yourself is dangerous and could hospitalize you and also make your body weaker against accidents. For instance if you were (totally random) diagnosed with some disease your body needs your excess fat as energy to help fight it off. Some medications can't be adminsitered because of low weights so just be careful and be healthy.

You sound PERFECTLY fine to me. Anyone who tells you different needs shut the hell up :)[/COLOR]
However, sometimes how much you weigh really isn't relevant. I know a girl who is around 140 lbs and she isn't exceedingly tall, and she is really skinny. It just depends on how you're built, like heavy-boned or have big-boobs for example (boobs have a high percentage of fatty tissue so if they're quite big they do tend to weigh a couple of pounds). I think I'm heavy-boned (not big-built by the way!) because the surface of my skin is pretty close to my hip bone and I'm not really that petite/thin, I'm normal. Though, like you, I tend to feel like I'm obese some days!!!
Quite worrying and try to enjoy life :) Because if you let things that aren't worth worrying about (and in your case, you have nothing to worry about either!) take over our lives we become more and more distressed and in complete emotional despair. GOOD LUCK WITH EVERYTHING! :)
Oh I didn't realise you were a boy. Sorry.
You still don't seem overweight though :)
