ok, all this month simply by running a finger through my hair, I see about 3 pieces a time fall out! every time I shake my hair, I see singles pieces come out! is this bad?

I think it's only bad if you're losing a ton, and going bald. Remember, you can have up to 5 million hairs on your head, so three isn't a big deal.

If you're worried though, see a doc.

yes. you have hundreds of thousands of hairs on your head. and you lose about 800-10,000 each day. so i wouldn't worry. unless you have a big bald spot..

Yea your probaly fine. i notice my hair falls out alot to espaicaly if its long. If your realy worried go to a doc

Yeah my hair is long and I lose alot quite frequently but its not big deal I mean the do grow back.
