Yes, in fact I can't seem to scream anymore. Strange.
But it's normal and nothing you need to worry about.

Screaming hurts no matter what stage you are in. This is because most people do not know how to properly scream (yes there is a proper way). Most people scream from the back of their throats stretching their vocal cords immensly, putting strain upon them which is why they hurt; however, the proper way to scream is to take air into your diaphragm and use that to push the air out. It uses only normal vocal strain upon your vocal cords.
That is probably one reason why it hurts

When my voice was changing I found it incredibly hard to scream, and screaming really did hurt now that I think of it. My guess is that because the vocal chords are still developing that any excess strain on them will cause pain. What you are experiencing is normal, and I would avoid straining your vocal chords until your voice is done changing.

In all honesty, your issue can be attributed to both the vocal chords growing as well as the development of your larynx.
