Actually having multiple orgasms doesn't have to do with whether you can cum or not
Although you will probably not cum the second, third or fourth time, it doesn't mean multiple orgasms are just for people who can't cum at all.

As to how it works, you just don't stop masturbating/having sex once you have your first orgasm.

it would take longer to orgasm the second time right?

I agree with this post, and all because a person has the ability to ejaculate does not mean he cannot have multiple orgasms. However, unlike a person who cannot ejaculate, a person who has the ability to cum is going to have a refractory period, which varies by person, which will prevent him from having a bunch of orgasms in short order. The person who can cum has to take a break between orgasms whereas a person who cannot cum can stay hard for a while and have a bunch of orgasms in a row without worrying about his penis needing to take a rest after ejaculating.

A person who can cum is going to produce less semen for subsequent orgasms that are done fairly close together, and it may be harder for that person to get hard after several orgasms in a row.

If you are a person who cannot ejaculate, then the way you have multiple orgasms is to simply to masturbate again after you get your first orgasm.

you can have multiple orgasms with cum, but it gets less and less every time. i would say its the stop and go method your thinking of

Ejaculation and orgasm are simultaneous events, but you can orgasm without ejaculating. And, the amount of ejaculation diminishes each time, although the absence of ejaculate doesn't mean you can orgasm more or less.

Multiple orgasms are defined as more than one orgasm on the same erection. Most (if not all) men orgasm once per erection, then need time to 'recover' (the refractory period).

I have had more than one orgasm on the same erection before. The second one usually doesn't feel very good though. It's not really worth the effort it takes.

So yes, it is possible for men to have multiple orgasms, but it isn't a very easy thing to do, and it really doesn't feel good at all. More painful than pleasurable.
